PROJECT MANAGER:

Provides client side insight and gives direction to staff to ensure the customer's needs are being exceeded. Monitors performance levels at each account and meets regularly with customer officials and job supervisors.

TERRITORY MANAGER:

Responsible for daily custodial operations. Monitors staff assignments, equipment usage, attendance, supply levels and performance standards. Implements a high-quality control program.

SUPERVISOR:

Ensure satisfactory completion of all cleaning specifications and rectify any discrepancies. Interviews, hires and terminates personnel under location jurisdiction. Schedules employees, updates supervisors and generates daily reports for the project manager.

NIGHT CUSTODIAL MANAGER:

Responsible for night custodial operations. Supervises general cleaning crews. Monitors staffing assignments, equipment usage, attendance, supply levels and performance standards.

DAY CUSTODIAL MANAGER:

Responsible for all general cleaning specifications on the day shift. Supervises general cleaning crews. Monitors staffing assignments, equipment usage, attendance, supply levels and performance standards.

FLOOR MACHINE MANAGER:

In charge of the night floor crews. Maintains all floor types in high sanitary conditions on a consistent basis. Requires experience using machinery and maintaining equipment in well working condition.

CARPET TECHNICIAN:

Maintains all carpet flooring types in office environments including specialty tile and grout floor care services. Requires experience using truck mount machinery and a thorough knowledge of cleaning solutions and cleaning technology along with maintaining equipment in well working condition.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS:

Responsible for maximizing efficiency of operations. Analyze cost supplies, equipment, labor and overhead to keep operating costs at an acceptable level. Monitor performance levels at each account. Check absenteeism, quality control, equipment usage and supplies. Make adjustments so that each account operates without deficiencies in labor or supplies. Provide clients with the best levels of service utilizing the newest equipment and techniques. Proven track record of expense control to maximize profits required. Broad-based business experience from operations to general management required.

WORKING SUPERVISOR:

Supervises porters and matrons on a morning shift. Responsible for performance levels of each employee and the coordination between shifts.

PORTERS & MATRONS:

Handles general nightly cleaning routines. General cleaning routines consists of collecting trash, dusting and damp wiping, cleaning glass, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and servicing restrooms.

RESTROOM CLEANERS:

Restroom sanitation specialist.
