Dan Dillon is the Founder and CEO of CleanItSupply.com and D&D CleanIt Janitorial Services, LLC. When Dan launched D&D CleanIt Janitorial Services, his goal was to provide executive-level commercial janitorial services to office complexes and similar business facilities. Dan knows that these types of places require a full service vendor that can manage all aspects of keeping their building clean and looking good. That's why the personal mission of D&D CleanIt is to raise the bar of the cleaning service industry to provide a premium service level never before offered. He prides himself on leading the company with positive motivation. D&D CleanIt provides each and every customer with the best possible service—including super fast response times that yield an unmatched customer experience. When Dan isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their rescue dog, Ruby.

Bob Bruno is D&D CleanIt Janitorial Services' Executive Vice President. Bob oversees the daily operations of the company and customer satisfaction. Bob started D&D CleanIt along with Dan in 2010 and has many years of industry experience. Bob has excellent managerial and customer service skills and can always get the job done! He understands all of the aspects of the commercial janitorial industry and can accomplish any job with his team of professional cleaners. Bob attended West Chester University and majored in business. Bob has been married for 10 years and has one daughter and a dog named Archie. When he is not working, he loves spending time at the Jersey shore.

Tim Coghlan
Tim Coghlan

Tim Coghlan is D&D BuildIt Services' Vice President of Building Services. He handles the day-to-day activity of completing all custom construction as well as all vendor management and maintenance repairs. After 23 years as a repair technician, Tim has tackled his new role in the building maintenance division with ease. His 20+ years of customer service and managerial experience have proved invaluable to D&D, along with his matchless people skills. Tim is a graduate of St. John Neumann High School in Philadelphia, PA and lives in New Jersey with his wife and 3 children. When Tim finds down time, he enjoys spending it with his family at the Jersey shore.

Jackie Spillar is D&D CleanIt Janitorial Services’ Accounting Specialist. Jackie's role includes creating and sending invoices, settling finances, and creating a seamless client payment experience. Previous roles for Jackie in customer service, banking and insurance have been essential to D&D CleanIt's daily operations and overall growth. Jackie has lived in and around the greater Philadelphia area all her life and enjoys spoiling her niece and nephew whenever she can. In her free time Jackie enjoys home improvement projects and spending time with her friends and family.

Steve Kellis
Steve Kellis

Steve Kellis is D&D CleanIt Janitorial Services' Regional Manager. He directly manages his overall team members and their day-to-day janitorial field operations. Steve has over 10 years of training and management experience in a variety of industries. Since joining the D&D team in 2019, he has been trained to be a jack-of-all-trades with a concentration on detail cleaning and post construction cleaning. Steve was raised up and down the East Coast and carries with him the strong work ethic of a Southerner with the sharp mentality of a New Englander. In his spare time, Steve enjoys snowboarding when in season, competitive video gaming, traveling the Western U.S., and experiencing all things new.

Buddy came to D&D CleanIt in June of 2020, after working for 23 years in the warehousing and shipping industry. Buddy grew up in Trooper, PA and currently resides in Sanatoga, PA with his wife. When he is not working, Buddy likes to spend time with his wife, his son and daughter, and their dog Choco. He also enjoys ice and roller hockey and is an avid sports fan.

Buzz is D&D CleanIt Janitorial Services' Territory Manager. He manages day-to-day field operations. He has more than 5 years of industry experience and joined D&D CleanIt in 2011. Buzz worked for the construction industry for more than 20 years before joining D&D CleanIt. He is a detail cleaning specialist along with being a floor care and carpet care specialist that can tackle any cleaning task. Buzz has one daughter and three grandchildren and a pet cat, Tigger. His hobbies include building custom computers and all aspects of photography along with being a published photographer.

Carlos Velez

Carlos Velez is one of D&D CleanIt Janitorial Services' Territory Managers. Carlos manages the day-to-day field operations and specializes in carpet and floor cleaning. He decided to begin his career in the janitorial field in 1999 after working for financial institutions as a credit and collections manager. Carlos is an essential part of the D&D team with his background in business administration. He completed his associate degree in business administration at Pierce College in Tacoma, Washington while serving in the United States Armed Forces for 11 years after leaving his native Puerto Rico. Carlos is a widower with 8 children and 14 grandchildren. When he is not working, he likes to spend time with his family.

Michael Sammons Brooks is one of D&D CleanIt Janitorial Services' Territory Managers. He manages day-to-day field operations, training, and scheduling. Mike’s 30 years of experience in the corporate pharmaceutical industry and in team management have proved invaluable in assisting him with providing superior service experiences to our janitorial clients. Mike joined D&D CleanIt in 2019 and is committed to promoting the company's mission that a clean office is a healthy, safe, and productive office! Mike is a graduate of Hatboro Horsham High School and attended Cornell University. He is proud to support his daughter at Drexel and his son in his musical pursuits. Mike is also a published author, has earned two Hall of Fame awards for football and enjoys fishing and the beach.

Jon came onto D&D's team in June 2020, with experience in production planning for machine shops and many years of warehouse and general construction experience. Jon's broad background is essential in completing everything from custom installations to commercial maintenance work orders. Jon grew up in Telford, PA and currently resides in Schwenskville, PA with his wife, two children, and dog Lacey. In his spare time, he likes to bake with his wife and play golf with his sons.

Todd Rosenberg
Todd Rosenberg

Todd Rosenberg is one of D&D BuildIt Services' Managers. Todd's role with the company is focused on commercial and residential repairs and improvements. His background of 30 years as a small business owner focused on remodeling, renovating, and repairs has been a considerable addition to the D&D team. Todd grew up in Willow Grove, PA before graduating from Penn State with a bachelor's degree in Animal Science. Todd was a volunteer fireman for more than 20 years and now resides in East Norriton, PA with his wife who he met while country line dancing. When Todd is not working for D&D, he spends time as an Assistant Scoutmaster in a troop that his family has been involved in for more than 49 years. He also enjoys spending time hunting and fishing.
