Our clients can expect state of the art exterior cleaning services and equipment utilizing a Soft Wash system when working with D&D CleanIt. We have been leaders in the exterior cleaning of both commercial buildings and residential homes for many years.

The new soft wash technology and process has become the industry standard. During a Soft Wash, our trained experts use a special low-pressure nozzle combined with a biodegradable chemical that softly yet powerfully removes biological elements, such as algae, pollen, mold, moss and dirt, along with other stains without damaging building surfaces.

At D&D CleanIt, our experts care about maintaining the beauty of building exteriors while preserving its structural integrity. It has been a standard practice to pressure wash or power wash dirt and grime to clean building exteriors regardless of the composition of the structure; however, if the cleaning service contractor is not well trained or knowledgeable about the amount of pressure to use with each type of building façade, the negative effects of power washing can be damaging. Using too many pounds of pressure can result in damage to exterior finishes. D&D CleanIt's team are skilled experts in the removal of bacteria, mold, and mildew from any building structure made with any type of building material utilizing the Soft Wash system method.

Although it may not seem like it, there is a big difference between power washing and soft washing a surface. Power washing involves an excess of 2,500 PSI (pounds per square inch) whereas soft washing systems use fewer than 500 PSI. At D&D CleanIt, we use the same level of pressure as a standard garden hose to perform our soft wash cleaning process with results that exceed those seen with power washing. We achieve professional cleanliness based on our own proprietary soft wash methods and techniques without the forceful cleaning associated with power washing. In addition, although being a “softer, gentler” way to wash a building's exterior, soft washing actually powerfully removes and kills algae, pollen, mold, and moss, but power washing just temporarily rinses away the top visible layer, leaving spores to regrow.
